There’s a flat after-hours call-out fee, and we tell you what it is on the phone before we come. No surprises on the bill.
Do you give prices before you start?
Yes. You get a written price for the job before we start, and that’s the price you pay.
Can you open and close our cottage?
Yes: spring start-ups and fall winterizing, with a leak check before you arrive. Book both at once and we’ll remind you.
Do you work on wells and septic lines?
Yes. Pumps, pressure tanks, water treatment and the lines to and from your septic tank. (Tank pumping we leave to the septic companies.)
