How long does a water heater last?
Usually 10 to 12 years for a tank, 20 or more for tankless. If yours is past 10 and leaking at the bottom, it’s time.
Can you replace it the same day?
Usually, yes. We stock the common sizes on the van.
Leak, clog or no hot water?
